By participating in any Tee Party Golf activity, I acknowledge that golf and golf-simulator activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to being struck by golf clubs or balls, slips, trips, falls, equipment failure, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Tee Party Golf UT LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, and event partners from claims arising from my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions and understand that I may be removed from the activity for unsafe or inappropriate behavior. Minors: If I am under 18 years of age, I confirm that I have obtained permission from my parent or legal guardian to participate and agree to the terms of this waiver on my own behalf to the extent permitted by law. By participating, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver.
